  member of the Marco Polo University's executive administration team from its very inception. He is a decisive, action-oriented executive and has been a dynamic driving force behind all facets of the development of Marco Polo International University. His vision is set on MPIU's successful quest for academic excellence and leadership in an era of 'mega trend' historic change already underway. 

Enrique Montero lives with his wife and three daughters in Latin America and shares the benefit of 10 years organizational leadership experience, a specialized Master of Arts Degree and his energetic passion for Marco Polo International University. 

In addition to his proven leadership and global vision, the University's President brings to Marco Polo the benefit of his broad ranging experience which encompasses complex organizational development and operational administration throughout 22 Latin American and Caribbean nations. He brings the value of additional expertise in risk management, law office administration, and systems design and engineering.
